Seeking PR/Social Media Chair

Nace Minneapolis is seeking a 

PR/Social Media Chair

This position is responsible for managing chapter communications to include public relations and other marketing efforts. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Attend Board of Director meetings.
  • Developing and implementing marketing strategies for NACE Minneapolis social media sites. To include blogging, creating social media profiles, managing regular posts and responding to followers.
  • Design and print monthly Programs for each monthly Program distribuition.
  • Gather an newspaper/online media coverage of NACE or NACE events as well as copies of chapter newsletter and any other memorabilia pertaining to the chapter and submit to Secretary for inclusion in annual scrapbook.
  • Submit an article for each Chapter Newsletter with upcoming calendar of events.
  • Develop press/Media relations and issue press releases and notices for all noteworthy NACE happenings.
  • Submit proposed advertising layout and design of marketing efforts to board for vote.
